SEFOC Project
Real and current tools to make online teaching for adults clear, dynamic and approachable.
Being an educator in online teaching goes beyond simply handling technology; it involves knowing how to connect with students, create dynamic learning experiences, and adapt teaching to the real needs of adults.
SEFOC supports educators by offering them a practical guide, based on scientific studies, so that they can apply pedagogical methods that really work in distance education, making learning more accessible and effective for everyone.
The project will be coordinated by the Asociación Aprendizaje Activo (Spain), with the collaboration of Nikanor Ltd (Bulgaria) and Prios Kompetanse AS (Norway).

Our main objective
To train trainers in non-formal adult education with scientifically validated tools, improving their digital and pedagogical skills, so that they can design and offer more inclusive, motivating and effective online courses.
How do we do it?
- A practical evidence-based guide on digital strategies for online teaching.
- Training sessions for adult educators to transfer these strategies.
- Practical implementation and evaluation of the new methodologies.
- Local and international events to share results and promote collaborative learning.
- Dissemination of resources and best practices to extend the project's impact throughout Europe.
