We build competence where the work happens
Prios Kompetanse is a strategic competence partner for companies, municipalities and public organisations. We map needs before proposing measures, tailor content to operational workflows, and deliver training on the job.
Three areas working together
At the core is Learning as a Service – needs mapping, courses, advisory services and digital tools combined into one solution. Our software team builds the platforms that make it possible. Through international projects we connect Norwegian organisations to European networks, knowledge and funding.
Who we are
Prios was founded in 2016 by several collaborating professional communities in Central Norway. Today we have 20 employees in Norway and Bulgaria, headquartered in Steinkjer. We work with universities, colleges and vocational schools on study programmes and participate in Erasmus+, EEA and NordPlus projects. We are committed to adult learning that creates measurable value for individuals and organisations.
